If you surf the internet, listen to the radio, or watch the TV, there is a fair likelihood that you have heard of Friendster already. Friendster is an online social networking website that has pretty much taken the internet by storm. This is because in what seemed like no time at all, Friendster has shot out of the starting blocks to very quickly become one of the top social online websites in the internet community in US.
During the Friendster-Yahoo.com tenure, the Friendster group experienced CEO changes in its operations. John Abrams was replaced by Tim Koogle, a former President and CEO of Yahoo, as CEO in April 2004. Koogle will then be replaced by Scott Sassa in June 2004 and then followed by Taek Kwon in May 2005. Several months later, Kwon was replaced by Kent Lindstrom.
